Rule 1: Requesting: It is allowed but do not overwhelmed the artist with request. Give them a week or two to for a break.
Rule 2: Give credit of the artist or writer. I catch anyone stealing ideas or using someone else and called it their own. I will not only warned you but take your work down. We do not need conflicts.
